Tulan is the IT systems coordinator for The Mentoring Partnership and the program's web site.
Tulan most recently returned from a year long volunteer placement in Uganda as an IT Trainer where she assessed the IT needs of a teacher's college, implemented solutions, delivered training, and developed training manuals for its students and teachers. She has 4+ years of web development experience. As an Intranet analyst at TD Canada Trust she contributed to the creation and ongoing support of the organization's Intranet. She also has extensive teaching experience, having taught ESL in China and Taiwan for two years. Tulan holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Waterloo, a diploma in Digital Media Design and a TESL/TEFL Certificate.
